How does the website design process work?

Just answer a few questions on our Get Started form to make sure we’re a good fit for your project, and we’ll get back to you to schedule your website appointment call.

During our call, we’ll ask you simple questions about your business like what services you offer and what colors you like. Nothing technical at all.

We’ll send you a custom proposal for your website design and a link to make your payment. Once we get your payment and the content for your site, we’ll get started on your website design right away. It usually takes a few days to create your design.

After we create your design, we will ask for your feedback and approval. Once you approve the design, we will complete your site, and you will be able to review it and make any changes. Your website can be ready in as little as 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), provided we get your content and approvals promptly.

When you are happy with your site, it goes live for the world to see!

How long does it take to build my site?

We can have your website up and running within 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), provided we get your content and approvals quickly. If you have extra requests, it can take a little longer. Just let us know if you have a strict deadline to meet.

Do I own my website?

Yes, you own your website, so it’s yours! You can update or move your site at any time, provided you haven’t let your domain registration or hosting expire.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by check or through PayPal, a secure online payment processor. You can use your credit card through PayPal to pay for your website at no extra cost to you. You don’t need a PayPal account to order.

Do you provide my domain name and hosting?

Yes, we will register your dot-com domain name (such as: www.mybusiness.com) for you and set up your website hosting on our secure server. If you already have a domain, transfer to our service is included. (Specialty domain extensions may be extra. These domain extensions are included: .com, .net, .org, .info, and .biz)

We strongly recommend domain registration and hosting with us, so we can properly manage your site and make sure it’s fast and secure.

Can I update my website whenever I want?

Yes, you have two options for updating your website:

We can update your content for you whenever you like. Turn-around time on edits is 1 to 3 business days, and our rate for updates is $70 per hour.
If you want to update your site, we can show you how with a free, one-hour training session by phone. Your site is built in WordPress with an online editor that makes it easy to make changes. If you can use Word, you can use WordPress.

Will my site be listed on Google?

Yes! When your website goes live, Google usually indexes it within a few days, and since it shares its results with other search engines, you can be listed on them, as well.
