How does the website design process work?
Just answer a few questions on our Get Started form to make sure we’re a good fit for your project, and we’ll get back to you to schedule your website appointment call.
During our call, we’ll ask you simple questions about your business like what services you offer and what colors you like. Nothing technical at all.
We’ll send you a link to make your payment for the plan you choose. Once we get your payment, we’ll get started on your website design right away. It usually takes a day or so to create your design.
After we create your design, we will ask for your feedback and approval. Once you approve the design, we will complete your site, and you will be able to review it and make any changes. Your website can be ready in as little as 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), provided we get your content and approvals promptly.
When you are happy with your site, it goes live for the world to see!
How long does it take to build my site?
We can have your website up and running within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), provided we get your content and approvals quickly. If you have extra requests, it can take a little longer. Just let us know if you have a strict deadline to meet.
Is there a contract?
There are no contracts and no commitments. You can cancel at anytime. If you pay monthly, you will need to cancel through your PayPal account. If you pay yearly and cancel early, we cannot provide refunds. However, your website will stay up and running for the full year, unless you ask us to take it down.
Monthly Plans are paid automatically each month through PayPal subscriptions. If you pay annually through the Yearly Plan, we will bill you each year at the annual rate.
If you are on the Monthly Plan, you own your website after 6 months of payments. If you are on the Yearly Plan, you own your site outright, and you are free to cancel your service with us and move your domain and hosting anytime. However, if you wish to keep your monthly updates and support, you will need to continue your payments with us.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept payment only through PayPal, a secure online payment processor. You can use your credit card through PayPal to pay for your website.
MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN
If you choose the monthly payment plan, the down payment is $249. Then, each month you will be charged $49 through PayPal, starting one month after you subscribe. You can cancel through PayPal at anytime.
To cancel your subscription, you must login to your PayPal account and cancel preapproved payments. Please note that we cannot cancel your payments from our end. You must go through PayPal directly.
YEARLY PAYMENT PLAN
If you choose the yearly payment plan, we will send you a link to make a one-time payment of $549 through PayPal (you save $239). Each year, we will bill you at the annual rate of $539 to continue with our service (you get 1 month free each year you renew). To cancel, just respond to our invoice, or contact us. Sorry, we don’t offer refunds on yearly payments. However, your domain and website will remain active for the full year.
CANCELING YOUR PLAN
If you wish to move your domain name and website to another provider, you must let us know BEFORE you cancel your service. Once you cancel, your website will be taken down, and your domain name will expire. Most domains that expire cost hundreds of dollars to reinstate (this expense is beyond our control), so please be sure to make arrangements if you want to keep it. We are happy to help.
Do you provide my domain name and hosting?
Yes, we will register your dot-com domain name (such as: www.mybusiness.com) for you and set up your website hosting on our secure server. If you already have a domain, transfer to our service is included. (Specialty domain extensions may be extra. These domain extensions are included: .com, .net, .org, .info, and .biz)
We require domain registration and hosting with us, so we can properly manage your site and make sure it’s fast and secure.
Can I update my website whenever I want?
Yes, you have two options for updating your website:
- We will update your content for you once a month (change text, add photos and reviews, run specials, etc.). This option includes one hour of edits per month for free.
- If you want to update your site more often, we can show you how with a free, one-hour training session by phone. Your site is built in WordPress with an online editor that makes it easy to make changes. If you can use Word, you can use WordPress.
Will my site be listed on Google?
We do on-site Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to get your website indexed correctly on search engines. We also submit your site to Google upon completion. Google usually indexes your site within a few days, and since it shares its results with other search engines, you can also be listed on them, as well.
